Ingredients:
SAUCE
6-8 pcs Salinas (tuyo), flaked
1 c olive oil
Chili finger as needed
2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1 tbsp calamansi juice
1 c angel Hair noodle, cooked

1/4 kilo Beef Sirloin
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
1 bundle fresh asparagus, cut into 2 pieces
1 pc red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
Savory Cream Cheese Dip:
1 (250 gms) bottle Cream Cheese Spread
3 tsps instant adobo mix powder
2 tbsps full cream milk

Ingredients:
1 bar white gulaman or agar
2 cup water
1/4 cup Liberty Milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. almond flavor
For Syrup:
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup water
ice cubes
1/4 tsp. almond flavor
Instructions:
Boil gulaman in water until dissolved. Add milk, sugar and almond flavor. Strain into molds and allow to set.
